Refugee flow towards Europe
About 1 Million people have crossed the Mediterranean in 2015, mainly to Greece and Italy, after fleeing wars in Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as conflicts in several African Countries. Europe is experiencing the biggest refugee crisis since World War II. The Swiss Television released several maps to visualize the flow of refugees towards Europe. These are 2 examples.
